Welcome to GRFX GRID. By using our website, booking our studio, or engaging our creative, production, or social media services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase or booking.

 

1. General Overview

These Terms and Conditions govern all services provided by GRFX GRID ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including videography, photography, graphic design, social media marketing, and studio facility rentals. By hiring GRFX GRID or purchasing a package, you ("Client," "you") accept these terms in full.

 

2. Monthly Social Media Packages & Payment Terms

  • Non-Refundable Policy: All payments for monthly social media marketing and content packages are strictly non-refundable once processed.

     

  • Billing Cycle: Monthly packages are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Subscriptions automatically renew unless written notice of cancellation is provided at least [14 / 30 days] prior to the next billing date.

     

  • Late Payments: Failure to settle invoices by the due date may result in a temporary suspension of services and production until account balances are settled.

     

3. Media Portfolio Rights & Promotional Use

  • Portfolio Usage: GRFX GRID retains the non-exclusive right to showcase, reproduce, and display any media created during studio rentals, videography, photography, or graphic design projects.

     

  • Marketing Channels: Media produced by or in GRFX GRID studios may be used for marketing, promotional campaigns, social media posts, website portfolios, and advertising materials.

     

  • Exclusions: If a client requires an active Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or embargo on specific unreleased brand materials, this must be requested and agreed upon in writing prior to production.

     

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright Protection

  • Ownership of Final Deliverables: Upon full payment of all outstanding balances, clients receive usage rights to the final exported/edited deliverables for their intended marketing purposes. Unedited raw footage, draft files, and project project files (e.g., Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects files) remain the exclusive property of GRFX GRID unless explicitly purchased.

     

  • Copyright Infringement: All original assets, visuals, designs, video, and copy created by GRFX GRID are protected by copyright law. Unauthorised copying, redistribution, reselling, or modification of unreleased assets without written permission constitutes a copyright violation.

     

  • Legal Action: GRFX GRID actively enforces its intellectual property rights. Any unauthorised commercial exploitation or infringement of our copyrighted material will result in immediate legal action, including claims for damages and statutory penalties.

     

5. Studio Hire & Facility Rules

  • Booking & Security Deposit: Booking slots at the GRFX GRID studio are confirmed upon payment. Security deposits may be required to cover potential damages.

     

  • Damages & Care: Clients renting or using studio space and equipment are financially liable for any loss, damage, or breakage caused to GRFX GRID property during their allocated time slot.

     

  • Conduct: Guests must follow studio guidelines, health and safety rules, and respect room capacities during their session.

     

6. Client Responsibilities & Revisions

  • Approvals & Timelines: Clients must provide timely feedback, assets, and approvals for scheduled content. Delays caused by late client responses may result in delayed posting schedules, which are not eligible for refunds.

     

  • Revisions: Video and graphic packages include [e.g., 2 rounds] of minor revisions. Major scope changes or complete re-concepts will incur additional production fees.

     

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRFX GRID shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service delays, third-party platform algorithm changes, account suspensions on social media platforms, or studio interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

8. Amendments to Terms

GRFX GRID reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Updates will take effect immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

 

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [England and Wales / United Kingdom]. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the local courts.
